Leadership that Puts People First
John Winchester shows up for Arizona — fighting for families, creating opportunity, and protecting what matters most.
Meet John Winchester
Born and raised in Southern Arizona, John Winchester is a husband, father of four, and community leader. He’s spent his life serving others — leading the Northwest YMCA, working in higher education, and giving back through community development.
John is a problem solver, not a career politician, and he’s running for Arizona House to bring results-driven leadership to Legislative District 17.
Endorsements
I’m running because conservative principles work — when we put them to work. That means responsible spending, strong schools, safe neighborhoods, and a limited government. Our families deserve leaders who deliver results, not rhetoric — and that’s the kind of leadership I’ll bring to the Arizona House.

Create Opportunity and Prosperity
Good jobs. Strong economy. Smart growth.
John’s work in business and workforce development has taught him that prosperity doesn’t happen by accident — it’s built. He’ll fight for small businesses, invest in the infrastructure, and attract high-quality jobs so families can live, work, and thrive right here in Southern Arizona.
Protect Our Communities and Values
Safe streets. Strong families. Accountable government.
John believes every Arizonan deserves to feel safe in their home and community. He’ll stand with law enforcement, demand fiscal responsibility, and defend the values that make Arizona a great place to live and raise a family.
